*更待月:ふけまちづき:Waiting Moon
月の出が遅く、夜更けまで待ってようやく出てくるお月さま、二十日月とも呼ばれています。
十五夜の月以降、十六夜月（いざよいづき）、立待月（たちまちづき）、居待月（いまちづき）、寝待月（ねまちづき）、更待月（ふけまちづき）と1日ごとに月に名前が付けられています。
これは、昔の人たちが日が暮れて真っ暗になってから、月が出るのを今か今かと心待ちにしていたから。
きっと、今よりももっと、月明かりを恋しく思っていたのでしょう…？（旧暦20日の月）
