(Toshi-kashira)🐶 One day one lady came up to me at the rocker room. She said”How old are you? Good shape.” I told my age. She was surprised. She is… so guess 250pounds~. I couldn’t say to her…”How you gain what you are today..” This is today’s 🇺🇸 USA. 99% women above 40 years old are not skinny. 21 century shocked! We need keep being healthy.
