@はやとものかず For real…(dantou)…warm in the winter. It’s as usual. Not too cold. Not warm. 10~14°C. You know…I went to the dentist 🦷 to do “deep teeth clean”. 😬 It was terrible. I took a rest for a couple of days.(I skipped swimming/it’s very rare). Still I have been struggling after that(3 days)☹️ Anyway I will be back normal next week. Have a good day! 👋
@はやとものかず That’s right. Today(Sunday),I feel be back to normal…1,2,3,4and 5 days, I had been struggling after my deep clean of my teeth 🦷. We have 7.7.7.7=28 teeth. I have all of them. Healthy ones(with my age) I have extra 1(wisdom/oyashirazu), it caused with this time, I guess.
Anyway I finished half(right side). I canceled another one(left side). 😬horrible experience! *almost #911 no more thanks for a while. 🙄

(right now…😨no will to have another one/left side) You know…what the price is…normal price is $2,371.00 and with insurance $700.00. I mean I paid so~ and had bad days for 5 days…I can’t go for it again.
I will find another place to clean my teeth(50%).

@はやとものかず You are right! I…remember that, we had to go to the dentist for several times for one teeth 🦷 cleaning. In USA, they say, we need “deep teeth cleaning”. If we do regular ones for a year, it doesn’t work at all. (moto kara kirei ni) Have you got this treatment in Japan today?!
Deep cleaning costs $2,371. And with my insurance, it costs $700. I paid And…😬😵💫 I have cancelled this week one and I will have to go for (another left part) ~ April.

@はやとものかず You know…my treatment person gave a shot 3 and 3= 6 times. And digging my gum/teeth.(deep cleaning) *according to the dentist, it has no sense to do regular teeth cleaning with our age. Anyway we will lose our teeth. In order to avoid loosing teeth, we need to “deep cleaning”/from the bottom. 🙄 And I was agree with that point. ..😖no way!
I have a new appointment on April. Still I may cancel it. ‘No more thanks’.
